Discovery Call
The creative process starts with a conversation. Scope, timing and fit are key points of discussion but also let us connect and start off on the same page.

Initial Draft Design
Development of a conceptual design direction with moodboards illustrating style, color schemes, and textures. Presentation of initial layout options showing new floor plan layout, millwork design concepts, furniture placement and spatial organization.

Revisions
2 rounds of revisions are incorporated to include client feedback into the design.
Adjustment of layouts, selection of finishes, and refinement of furniture and fixture choices.

Finalisation
Completion of detailed design documents including final floor plans, elevations, lighting plans, and bespoke furniture details.
Approval of final 3D models showcasing the design intent and material selections.

Implementation
Coordination of all procurement activities, including ordering, tracking, and inspection of materials and furniture. Supervision of on-site work to ensure adherence to design specifications and quality standards.

Handover
Comprehensive review of the completed project to ensure all aspects are as per the agreed design.
Addressing any snagging issues to ensure the space is perfect before the final handover.
