Initial Draft Design

Development of a conceptual design direction with moodboards illustrating style, color schemes, and textures. Presentation of initial layout options showing new floor plan layout, millwork design concepts, furniture placement and spatial organization.

Revisions

2 rounds of revisions are incorporated to include client feedback into the design. Adjustment of layouts, selection of finishes, and refinement of furniture and fixture choices.

Finalization

In-depth discussion of style preferences, functionality needs, and lifestyle considerations. Site measurement and assessment for spatial planning.

Implementation

Coordination of all procurement activities, including ordering, tracking, and inspection of materials and furniture. Supervision of on-site work to ensure adherence to design specifications and quality standards.

Handover

Comprehensive review of the completed project to ensure all aspects are as per the agreed design. Addressing any snagging issues to ensure the space is perfect before the final handover.
